The kitchen at Ashcombe is led by Head Chef George Wren, with a menu that changes through the year and starts a few steps from the door, in the walled garden.

Almost everything on the table starts within a few miles of it. Our walled kitchen garden, Cotswold farms and West Country suppliers do most of the work, and the kitchen tries not to get in their way.
